The Society for Creative Anachronism is an association that focuses on the lives of people before 1600. Participants are largely concerned with the positive aspects of the European Middle Ages. Activities range from everyday activities, such as sewing or cooking, to arts and crafts, to sword fighting and falconry. However, the embodiment varies from member to member. More important than the perfect historical representation is the community.
